Health insurance in Thailand can sometimes be a bit complicated. People can have many questions regarding insurance products, health, and the process in general. That’s where the agent can really help. When you work with an AIA agent we assist with:
- Meeting you and explaining the products or contract in detail
- Submitting your application to AIA Thailand
- Assist with health check-up or getting medical records (if needed)
- Speaking to a hospital and submitting any documents in Thai
- Help answer any questions
- Following up with claims and keepin you up to date
