3rd Party Liability is when you are personally responsible for hurting someone or damaging someone else’s property. For example, you hire a motorbike and you crash into someone, or into someone else’s shop. Another example could be that you are in a hotel and you break something.
If an insurance policy has this benefit, then the insurer will pay you a certain amount per 24 hours that you are hospitalized. Each insurer has their own terms and conditions, such as the number of days you can claim.
